Meet Our Poultry

We purchase day old chicks, raise them in our coop for the first few weeks of their lives and then transition them to the chicken tractors.  Each day we move the chicken tractor along to a new area of land allowing the chickens to graze on fresh grass.  The chickens are also supplied with fresh water and a blend of wheat, oats, peas and barley from a local mill.  Not only are the chickens healthy and happy grazing pasture, but the flavour of the meat is second to none.
